- Make sure you can clearly see your name, date of birth and photo.
- Save the scan or photo to your computer in PNG, JPEG, PDF, or GIF format.
- Make sure the file size is under 3MB.
- Try a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
